Tyler Perry, 45, expecting his first child with 28-year-old model Gelila Bekele... and she's already eight months along

Tyler Perry is going to be a dad.
According to multiple reports, the 45-year-old writer, producer, director and actor of the popular Madea franchise will welcome his first child with on-again, off-again girlfriend of five years Gelila Bekele in as little as one month.
E! Online's Marc Malkin has confirmed the exciting news, revealing that the star alluded to the pregnancy during his birthday bash in Georgia over the weekend.

A guest tells the entertainment reporter: 'He said he had to start getting used to not getting a lot of sleep because his life was about to change in a big way. He said, "Some of you know what I'm talking about."'
According to the insider, the stunning 28-year-old Ethiopian model is around 'seven or eight months pregnant' already, the couple having successfully kept the news under wraps for some time now.
Indeed, one month ago, a friend of Gelila's gave the game away with a rather telling post on Instagram.
Pietro Mourao shared a photo with the pretty brunette on his social media account, which a friend mistook as being of his new girlfriend, writing in the comments: 'Love's in the air !!!!'
Correcting him, Pietro replied: 'She is a good New friend from NYC and she’s 7 months pregnant baby boy!!'
Having clearly put his foot in it, outing his pal's secret pregnancy, the post was quickly deleted - but not before some fast-thinking individuals took screen grabs.
Though Perry is yet to officially confirm the news himself, an insider tells Gossip Cop that the pregnancy is not only true but that the couple are overjoyed at becoming parents.
'He is thrilled and over the moon,' the website reports.
During an interview on Steve Harvey last year, the accomplished star spoke of his desire to start a family.
'I know I would be a great father,' he said, adding: 'I don't want to work this hard, I don't want to have all of this and not leave it to my children.'
Though he went on to state that fatherhood wasn't in the plan just yet, with his career taking up so much of his time.
'I also know that as hard as I'm working - doing 20 hours a day - now is not the time.'
